Cebu, Philippines: Children’s Hope Center & Farmland Enterprise
The Cebu Children’s Hope Center and girls home launched back-to-school season with a joyful supplies handout— notebooks, backpacks, shoes, pens & pencils, and big smiles all around!
The newly renovated and expanded hen house is now at full egg production, stocking the home and bringing in extra income. Yum!
Colombia: Casa Vida Trade School
At Casa Vida, one of our new programs in Latin America, our Director Isabelina is changing lives by mentoring at-risk teen refugee girls, keeping them safe from the very real threat of human trafficking in the region.
We recently completed small but meaningful renovations at Casa Vida: new sewing machines, fresh paint, security cameras, and a beautiful new lighted sign they’re very proud of, all funded by your generosity.
Isabelina’s team also recently celebrated girls who completed the manicure course, handing out certificates amid proud cheers.
Uganda Farmland Enterprise
Over in Uganda, our beautiful campus is thriving with a sustainable future. We had an amazing first bean harvest— planting 77 lbs and reaping over 1,100 lbs!
These beans will nourish our primary and secondary school students (a total of 962 enrolled) this term. With two harvest seasons each year, we’re boosting food security and multiplying your donations to make your support go further.
India Children’s Hope Centers & Technical College
Back-to-school season is underway in our Children’s Hope Centers, with supplies distributed to kids in the region.
Our India technical college construction is progressing— the second-level floor slab (roof of the ground level) is going in, a major milestone.
Nepal Rehabilitation Home & Trade School
The girls at our Nepal rehabilitation home and trade school had their medical checkups done recently and are thankfully doing well.
They’re also busy crafting the Hope Pouch in their trade school classes, honing skills and creating this special product for Sapana Dreams. Their growth is truly encouraging!
